To be used with the Sautéed Chicken Breast recipe or the Italian Baked Chicken Cutlets recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 jar Artichoke Hearts (about 6 oz, marinated)
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Coarsely chop artichoke hearts; reserve marinade.
Step 2:
In the hot drippings in the skillet used to sauté chicken, combine the artichokes, marinade, and remaining ingredients. Cook over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Pour over the chicken.
