Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were always on the tray of Christmas cookies along with all of our favorite Italian cookies.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Condensed Milk (sweetened)
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Bisquick

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

In a large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well.

Step 3:

Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on un-greased baking sheets. Flatten with fork.

Step 4:

Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not over bake) cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Step 5:

Peanut Blossoms: Shape as above, do not flatten. Bake as above. Press solid milk chocolate candy (kisses) in center of each cookie immediately after baking.
