Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 box French Vanilla Pudding Mix (cooking type)
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- 1 can Pineapple (large can of crushed pineapple, drained)
- Coconut (flakes for garnish)
- Walnuts (chopped for garnish)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Bake the cake following package directions on a cookie sheet 12 x 18 x 1. Set aside to cool.
Step 2:
To prepare the topping cook vanilla pudding with 1 cup milk – set aside and let cool.
Step 3:
Cream package of cream cheese; fold in cool whip; add cooled pudding.
Step 4:
Spread topping on cooled cake; top this with crushed pineapples.
Step 5:
Sprinkle with coconut and crushed walnuts.
