Ingredients
Cake Batter
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup Canola Oil
- 2 cups Water
Icing
- 2/3 stick Butter
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- small amount to mix Milk
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Mix the cake batter ingredients in a bowl and beat.
Step 3:
Turn into a 13×9 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Step 4:
While the cake is cooling cream the icing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Ice the cooled cake.
