Ingredients

  • 30 oz Kirkland Italian Meatballs (thawed, use more if desired)
  • 2 cups Beef Stock
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 16 oz Dumpling Noodles

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1:

Take the desired amount of meatballs out of the freezer and thaw them in a bowl for a few hours on the counter before you start cooking.

Step 2:

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the noodles for about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl.

Step 3:

While the noodles are cooking, whisk together the beef stock, heavy cream, flour, soy sauce, black pepper, and rosemary in a large saucepan until smooth. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the meatballs, and continue cooking until meatballs are heated through, about 5 more minutes.
