Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Bisquick
- 6 oz Swiss Cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 cup Spinach (cooked, well drained, use chopped)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Spray a pie dish with PAM or other non-stick oil spray.
Step 3:
Arrange 2 cups sliced mushrooms over bottom of pie plate.
Step 4:
In a bowl mix all other ingredients. Pour mixture over mushrooms.
Step 5:
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; add 1/2 cup mushrooms over top. Bake 30 minutes more.
