Ingredients
- 9 oz Shrimp (cooked, cut into tiny pieces)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup Onions (diced)
- 1/3 cup Celery (finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 10.75 oz Tomato Soup (1 can)
- 1 envelope Gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/3 cup Water (warm)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
In a sauce pan bring the tomato soup (undiluted) to a simmer. Remove from heat.
Step 2:
Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, and onion.
Step 3:
Dissolve the gelatin in the warm water and stir into mixture. Pour mixture into a mold and chill overnight. Serve with crackers or tiny bread rounds.
