Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Shrimp (cooked, cut into tiny pieces)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Onions (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 10.75 oz Tomato Soup (1 can)
  • 1 envelope Gelatin (unflavored)
  • 1/3 cup Water (warm)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

In a sauce pan bring the tomato soup (undiluted) to a simmer. Remove from heat.

Step 2:

Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, and onion.

Step 3:

Dissolve the gelatin in the warm water and stir into mixture. Pour mixture into a mold and chill overnight. Serve with crackers or tiny bread rounds.
