Ingredients
- 1 Pie Crust (9 inch)
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
- 4 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Green Onions (sliced)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk (whole)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2:
Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion evenly onto bottom of crust.
Step 3:
Beat eggs, milk and mustard with wire whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in crust.
Step 4:
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
