Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza Dough/Base
- 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb Pepperoni (sliced)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Roll dough into large oval shape. Place pepperoni overlapping from center to cover dough. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
Step 2:
Roll up from long end – to shape like Italian bread loaf.
Step 3:
Place seam side down and bake 25 – 30 min. Often juice will ooze out during baking – line pan and/or oven with foil. Slice and serve warm.
