Ingredients
- 2 lbs Italian Meatballs (precooked, can use home made or frozen meatballs)
- 2 lbs Italian Hot Sausages (or mild if desired)
- Pasta Sauce (homemade preferred)
- Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- Romano Cheese (grated, or parmesan)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Defrost meatballs and pasta sauce if frozen, or make fresh (see recipes for each).
Step 2:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3:
Brown sausage in a frying pan using olive oil. When cool cut into 2 inch pieces.
Step 4:
Arrange meatballs and sausage in a casserole dish. Top with sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and the casserole is heated through. |
