Ingredients
Cake Batter
- 1/2 lb Butter (or margarine)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Flour (sifted)
Topping
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped, or other nuts)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream, baking soda and eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each.
Step 3:
Add vanilla and flour. Mix well.
Step 4:
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the topping.
Step 5:
Add half of the topping into the cake batter and mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 12 pan.
Step 6:
Top with the remaining topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
