Ingredients
- 1 Pie Shell (frozen, pre-baked according to directions)
- 1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
- 2 tbsp Parsley (or 1/4 cup fresh chopped)
- 2 tbsp Onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 and 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese (grated)
- 12 oz Broccoli (cooked, chopped)
- 1 and 1/4 cups Ham (cooked, diced)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2:
Mix together the butter, parsley, onions, mustard and lemon juice.
Step 3:
Add the remaining ingredients and pile lightly into the pre-baked pie crust.
Step 4:
Top with fancy cut-outs of pie crust, or make a lattice top crust, or save aside some of the cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
