Guga’s Rub for Pork, Chicken or Fish

Gustavo Tosta, better known as Guga, is a Brazilian chef who has become a YouTube and Social Media star. His two YouTube channels Guga Foods and Sous Vide Everything together have almost 6 million subscribers as of 2023. He has become known as sort of a “Mad Scientist of Meat” for his experiments on dry aging and tenderizing steaks using non-traditional methods. His videos are usually entertaining and mouth-watering!

This recipe is for a dry rub that Guga uses on pork, chicken and fish. I keep a container of this seasoning in our pantry so I always have it ready to go. It is an aromatic and flavorful blend of spices that I use regularly when I make ribs and chicken thighs.
