Garlic, Cheese & Pimento Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (peeled and crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped fresh)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 7 oz Pimentos (drained and chopped)
  • 1 loaf French Bread (approximately 11 inches, cut in half lengthwise)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Combine mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, garlic, parsley, Italian herbs, salt, pepper and pimentos. Spread on half of bread and top with second half; press lightly.

Step 2:

Wrap bread in foil and bake in preheated 400 degree oven 20 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
