Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1 can Crab Meat
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 package frozen Spinach (thaw, drain and chop)
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2:
In a large bowl mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Step 3:
Add crabmeat, Swiss cheese, flour and spinach and continue to mix.
Step 4:
Pour the mixture into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes.
