Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Batter

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk

Topping

  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Crisco
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Combine the ingredients for the batter in a large mixing bowl and mix with a stand mixer for 20 minutes. Pour into a greased baking pan.

Step 3:

Combine the topping ingredients by hand and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
