Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Onion (small, sliced)
- 1 Shallots (finely diced)
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 tsp Tyme
- 1/4 tsp Basil
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
In a non-stick, or lightly oiled skillet, brown chicken breasts on both sides. Remove from pan.
Step 2:
Add vegetables to pan and cook until onions are soft, but not browned.
Step 3:
Return chicken to pan. Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover, and simmer gently for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
