Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless, thinly sliced)
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Pasta Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • Romano Cheese (grated)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Dip chicken into egg wash then bread crumbs. Fry until browned on both sides.

Step 3:

Add sauce to baking dish; top with chicken. Top with mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese.

Step 4:

Bake 350 degrees until cheese melts and heated through.

Step 5:

You can use the same procedure for Veal Cutlet Parmigiana
