Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 8 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Blend the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Step 3:
Rub the chicken with garlic powder and brown in a skillet with olive oil, approximately 12 minutes on each side. Remove and cool.
Step 4:
Place chicken in a baking dish side by side. Spoon 1/4 cup of the seasoned ricotta and 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes in center of each breast. Top each breast with 2 slices of mozzarella and bake in a pre-heated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
