Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1/4 cup Salad Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Place chicken in a baking dish. In a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients and pour over boned chicken breasts.
Step 3:
Bake covered for 1 hour at 350°. Remove cover for the last 10 minutes to brown chicken. Serve over rice.
