Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Broccoli (florets and stalks)
  • 4 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless, halves)
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed)
  • 1 cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • Bread Crumbs

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Pound the chicken breasts and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake them for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 3:

While the chicken is cooking, cook and drain the broccoli in a pot of boiling water. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 4:

Slice the chicken breasts and put on top of the broccoli.

Step 5:

In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Mix and pour over the broccoli and chicken.

Step 6:

Sprinkle with cheese and then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until crumbs are brown and the casserole is bubbly.
