Candied Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 lb Pecans (shelled halves)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 225 degrees.

Step 2:

Beat egg white and water in medium bowl until frothy.

Step 3:

Add pecans to mixture. Coat well.

Step 4:

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt and pour over egg-coated pecans. Mix well.

Step 5:

Place pecans on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 225 degrees for 1 hour.
