A Cheese-lover’s recipe to try in your bread machine – it can be served warm or cold.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese (creamed)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter (softened)
- 2 cups Better For Bread Flour
- 1/4 cup Swiss Cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Measure ingredients exactly and place in bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Be sure the yeast does not come in contact with the water or the cottage cheese.
Step 2:
Select regular cycle (do not use delayed time cycle) and start machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve warm or cool. 1 loaf.
