Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 cups Carrots (grated, packed)
- 5 Eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups Walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, oil, salt, cinnamon, carrots and eggs.
Step 3:
Add walnuts and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 4:
Turn out into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool and keep cake refrigerated.
Step 5:

Step 6:
Top the cake with Bobbie’s Cream Cheese Frosting.
