Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Bananas (mashed, very ripe)
  • 8 oz Pineapple (crushed, drained)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, walnuts, cinnamon. Set aside.

Step 2:

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and vanilla until creamy.

Step 3:

Mix in banana and pineapple.

Step 4:

Add dry ingredients. Stir well until well blended.

Step 5:

Pour batter into 2 well greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 60 minutes.
