Aunt Rita’s Pepperoni Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 6 Pepperoni Sticks (small, skin removed, diced)
  • 4 Eggs (hard boiled, diced)
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs (Italian style)
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 4 slices American Cheese (white)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • Milk (whole milk)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Mix all dry ingredients together and moisten with whole milk until it holds together.

Step 3:

Bake at 350 degrees in a casserole dish for 30-45 minutes, until hot and bubbly. You can also stuff this into the turkey and cook it that way if you prefer.
