Artichoke Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Artichoke Hearts (Drained and Chopped)
  • 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2:

Mix all the ingredients in a 5×9 inch baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 3:
Serve warm with crackers or fresh bread.
