Ingredients
- 2 and 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 sticks Butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Walnuts (chopped, or almonds or pecans)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Step 2:
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Step 3:
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Step 4:
Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts
Step 5:
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Step 6:
Bake 9 – 11 minutes until edges are golden brown. Makes 5 dozen.
