Ingredients
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water (cold)
- 1/2 cup Marsala Wine
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
In a double boiler, whisk egg yolks, sugar and cold water. When mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, gradually add Marsala.
Step 2:
Whisk vigorously until thick and foamy. Remove from heat, place top of boiler in ice and whisk until custard is chilled. Pour in glasses. Refrigerate until served.
