Ingredients
- 14 oz Artichoke Hearts (drained and finely chopped)
- 10 oz Spinach (frozen, thawed and drained)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix (Good Seasons brand if possible)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Step 3:

Bake 20 minutes or until heated though. Serve with chips and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables. |
