Baked Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 small can Pineapple (crushed pineapple)
  • 4 to 6 slices White Bread (crusts removed, cut into cubes)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2:

Beat eggs in one at a time.

Step 3:

Stir in drained crushed pineapple.

Step 4:

Fold in bread cubes.

Step 5:

Put into greased 1 qt. Casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with ham or as a side dish with anything.
