Stir Fry Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta (Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and place in a pasta bowl.)
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into quarter squares)
  • Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup White Wine
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Yellow Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 lb Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • Basil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Marinate chicken pieces in stir fry sauce for approximately 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Add a little oil to a fry pan or wok and stir fry chicken until cooked, set aside.

Step 3:

In the same pan add 2 tbsp stir-fry sauce, soy sauce, white wine, onion, red pepper, and yellow pepper. Stir fry for 10 minutes and then add the mushrooms, tomato sauce, and basil.

Step 4:

Add chicken. Heat all together and serve over the cooked angel-hair pasta.
