Ingredients
- 4 lbs Chicken Thighs (cut up, can use legs and thighs)
- 1 lb Sausage (Italian, hot or mild, cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 6 Potatoes (quartered)
- 3 Onions (quartered)
- 4 Carrots (peeled, cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 1 can Black Olives
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- to taste Italian Seasoning
- 1 stick Butter (or margarine)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Wash and prepare chicken. In a skillet, brown chicken lightly.
Step 3:
Place in baking pan. Arrange sausage and vegetables and seasonings. Pat with margarine.
Step 4:
Bake at 350 degrees until cooked, stirring occasionally.
