Beef Braciola

To be cooked in with traditional pasta sauce or meat sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 lbs Flank Steak
  • 1 to 2 Eggs (hard boiled and sliced with an egg slicer)
  • to taste Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • to taste Romano Cheese
  • Olive Oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Flatten flank steak to 1/2 inch thick.

Step 2:

Score the flank steak and arrange the sliced eggs on top.

Step 3:

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley and Romano cheese. Roll and tie with cooking string.

Step 4:

Brown in a pan with olive oil. Add to the pot of marinara sauce or meat sauce that you are cooking.

Step 5:

Cut the Braciola into thin slices and discard the string. Serve with pasta and sauce.
