Napkin Rolls

Ingredients

Crust/Pastry

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 package Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 lb Margarine

Filling

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Nuts (chopped)
  • 1 and 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Mix flour, yeast and margarine together.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl beat sour cream and eggs together and add to flour mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 4:

Mix filling together.

Step 5:

A little at a time do the following: put some filling on a board or table. Roll dough in a circle over top and add more filling on top.

Step 6:

Cut into 8 wedges and roll starting from larger end. Continue process until all ingredients are finished.

Step 7:

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
