Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Package Milk Chocolate Frosting Mix (Betty Crocker brand recommended)
- 1 and 1/2 Cups to 2 Cups Peanuts (salted)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
In medium saucepan, heat butter in milk over low heat until butter melts and mixture just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
Step 2:
Stir in frosting mix (dry). Heat over low heat stirring constantly with rubber scraper until smooth and glossy, 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overcook.
Step 3:
Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.
Step 4:
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Yield: 3 – 4 dozen.
