Ingredients
- 3 cups Milk
- 8 oz Heavy Cream (whipped)
- 2 envelopes Gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rum
- 1 package Lady Fingers
- Sliced Peaches (drained, to line pan)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Heat milk, gelatin and sugar until gelatin dissolves. Let stand until mixture is starting to jell.
Step 2:
Fold in whipped cream and pour into a pan lined with lady fingers and peaches. Chill until ready to serve.
