Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (or whipping cream)
  • 1 package French Vanilla Pudding Mix (3.5 oz to 3.75 oz instant pudding package)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Bailey’s Irish Cream (or orange liqueur)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Beat heavy cream in a small bowl using a hand mixer at medium speed until soft peaks are formed.

Step 2:

In a large bowl prepare instant pudding as directed on package but add cocoa and use 1 cup of milk.

Step 3:

Fold in whipped cream and liqueur into pudding. Spoon into decorating bag with a large rosette tube. Pipe mousse into four 4 oz. wine glasses. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
