Apple Butter Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Apples (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Apple Butter
  • 4 Eggs

Filling

  • 1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Glaze

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Apple Butter

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2:

Blend all cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Pour 1/3 of batter in prepared bundt pan; sprinkle with 1/2 the filling; and repeat these two layers.

Step 4:

Cover with remaining batter.

Step 5:

Bake at 325°, 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan and invert on serving plate. Spoon glaze over cake.
