This was one of the recipes given to us by our family in Australia when they were visiting us in the United States.

Ingredients

  • 53 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 18 oz Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1:

Place all ingredients except the powdered sugar together in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until well blended and smooth.

Step 2:

Pour into a greased, spring form cake tin and cook in a moderate oven (use 350 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set. Cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
