Quick and easy stuffed mushrooms!
Ingredients
- 12 Mushrooms (large)
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs (seasoned)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- to taste Garlic Powder
- to taste Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- to taste Parsley (chopped)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Step 3:
Chop stems and combine oil, bread crumbs, garlic, and cheese (should be a moist mixture) in a bowl.
Step 4:
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Place in shallow baking dish.
Step 5:
Add water to pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
