Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 10 oz frozen package Spinach (thawed, drained and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Peppers (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Scallions (chopped)
  • 1 clove Crushed Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Liquid Hot Pepper Seasoning

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

In medium bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic and liquid hot pepper seasoning until well blended.

Step 2:

Cover and; chill until serving time. Serve as a dip with crackers.
