Cheese Olive Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (or margarine)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 48 Pimento Stuffed Olives (small)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

Blend cheese and butter. Stir in flour, paprika and salt. Mix well.

Step 2:

Blot olives on paper towels. Divide dough around each olive.

Step 3:

Arrange on cookie sheets. Bake 425 degrees, 15 minutes. Can be made in advance – frozen – removed from freezer and baked.
