Pasta water should ALWAYS be well salted. Salty as the ocean! TASTE IT! If your pasta water is under seasoned it doesn’t matter how good your sauce is, your complete dish will always taste under seasoned. When the water is at a rolling boil add the pasta and cook for 1 minute less than it calls for on the package. If you are serving family style, follow Step 7 in Anne’s original recipe (linked above). If not, serve the ragu over the pasta, adding the Parmigiano-Reggiano and red pepper flakes to taste.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_3,1_3,1_3″ admin_label=”Additional Recipe Images Row” module_class=”no-print” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ custom_margin=”||||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_padding=”|||” global_colors_info=”{}” custom_padding__hover=”|||” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_module=”476″ global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_comments _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][/et_pb_comments][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

If you aren’t familiar with Anne, she was a legendary chef who appeared regularly on the Food Network for 20 years. We made her Pasta Bolognese recipe many years ago and loved it. It is so packed with flavor that it has become my favorite bolognese sauce. If you have never tried it, I highly […]

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

17

30
post-2861","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-entrees","cuisine-italian
https://i0.wp.com/depadova.net/main/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/20250921_172124-cropped-scaled.jpg?fit=1920%2C1021&ssl=1
["GET
