In the hot drippings in the skillet used to sauté chicken, add the wine, shallots, honey, and vinegar. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring to loosen browned bits. |

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is reduced and syrupy. Pour over the chicken. |
