1 cup Red Wine dry
4 Shallots large, sliced
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Raspberry Vinegar
2 tsp Rosemary chopped fresh, or 1/2 tsp dried
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

Red Wine-Shallot Sauce

To be used with the Sautéed Chicken Breast recipe.

In the hot drippings in the skillet used to sauté chicken, add the wine, shallots, honey, and vinegar. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is reduced and syrupy. Pour over the chicken.
