Milk Chocolate Peanut Clusters

  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Package Milk Chocolate Frosting Mix
    Betty Crocker Brand Recommended
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups to 2 Cups Peanuts
    Salted

In medium saucepan, heat butter in milk over low heat until butter melts and mixture just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.

Stir in frosting mix (dry). Heat over low heat stirring constantly with rubber scraper until smooth and glossy, 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overcook.

Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.

Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Yield: 3 - 4 dozen.
