Melt margarine and marshmallows in a double boiler. Add the corn flakes and food coloring. Mix.

Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper. Decorate with red cinnamon candies (Red Hots). For wreath affect, use buttered finger pressed in center of batter and revolve finger; then decorate with "Red Hots".
