Ingredients: Margarine: 1 cup; Sugar: 1 cup; Eggs: 1; Flour: 2 cups; Cinnamon: 1 tsp; Walnuts: 1 cup; Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp

1 cup Sugar
1 Eggs

2 cups Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Walnuts
or pecans, chopped
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Steps

1 Done	Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2 Done	Cream butter, sugar and vanilla; add egg yolk, add flour and cinnamon; blend thoroughly.
3 Done	Spread over entire greased cookie sheet. Beat egg white slightly; spread on top to cover completely. Sprinkle chopped nuts over all pressing into dough.
4 Done	Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into 1 and 1/2 inch squares while still hot.
