4 lbs Chicken Thighs cut up, can use legs and thighs
1 lb Sausage Italian, hot or mild, cut into 2 inch pieces
6 Potatoes quartered
3 Onions quartered
4 Carrots peeled, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 can Black Olives pitted
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper
to taste Italian Seasoning
1 stick Butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wash and prepare chicken. In a skillet, brown chicken lightly.
